Taking the course of understanding user needs you will learn how to conduct effective user research to better understand what users love, hate, want and need. Main focus of this UX course is understanding on how to interact with users and examine human capabilities and behavior as they relate to UX design.
Learners will be introduced to numerous techniques of gathering data from and about users.
