About the project

Bilakasa is an online service to control cash transactions. It is Syndicode’s product for small and medium enterprises to handle the work of cash registers online. With the help of a user-friendly interface, the user can easily program the cash register with goods and manage the prices at their outlets. The business owner’s mobile application, the built-in sales reporting system, and integration with the 1C: Enterprise make the service a perfect solution for small and medium-sized businesses.

    Mobile application Bilakasa is the most convenient variant of the automation platform Bilakasa to control your sales points, whatever business you have. This application allows the client to track daily and weekly income and monitor his performance over time. We created a mobile application with a simple and attractive design that shows the latest results of Cash Management and Automated Sales Reports. The app is available for iOS and Android users.

  • Functionality

    The Cashier section contains a list of addresses of all client’s cash registers, information about their data, and the current state of work.

    Thanks to the specific cash management system, the customer can change the product information, its price and code, and add or modify the product list. To do this, simply download an Excel file with the necessary information for the particular cash register.

    The system provides the client with information about the addresses of all sales points where his cash registers are located.

    Users

    Bilakasa system allows the client to access the profile of each user who can make changes and manage the cash registers of the enterprise.

    Reports

    The customer can download reports for the selected period for each of his sales points or a particular product.

  • Our contributions

    We developed a platform for automated control and management of cash registers at points of sale. The system gives the client the opportunity to view data on all of his installed cash registers and see each user who has access to them, monitor local sales, remotely program and receive automatic income reports. On the homepage, the client can compare the dynamics of his business and see changes over time. Also, the system provides support for service centers.
